The app provides and compares the cost of living across 300+ metropolitan areas across the U.S. We also rank, U.S. median home price, rents (1-3 bedroom), real estate tax.

In keeping with our company privacy policy, we do not collect financial information, and the app will work fine even in airline mode , so you can browse from the data at your convenience.

We use our proprietary algorithms to link various public data sources to one concise package for users. The data sources are

Source 1: Federal Housing Finance Agency House Price Index(HPI)
Source 2: U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (rent)
Source 3: Bureau of Economic Analysis (regional price parity)


In-App Purchases:

- Equivalent pay by moving from one metropolitan area to another based on our algorithm.
- Free version provides only top ten in rankings (for U.S.) and top two rankings (if grouped by states). Premium purchase offers the full list of 300+ metros.
